Culinary Capers – Curry Couscous and Lime Chicken

I like to experiment in the kitchen, sometimes it works out, other times it doesn’t…  but luckily I also enjoy eating out and Abbie and I support each other in our culinary pursuits.
Last weekend I had an idea for something fresh and summery, and so we tried it out.
